THE PB/T PROCESS

To accomplish a high performance outcome PB/T Consulting associates start each customer relationship with an honest and forthright conversation regarding organizational expectations and then a comprehensive assessment concerning where the organization stands regarding that expectation.  This introductory process means we ask the tough questions.  Our associates will delve deep in exploring to get to the root of “why” you are exploring the need for changes in your organization, while also outlining the commitment leadership must have to make those changes.

ASSESSMENT PHASE

When we understand your expectations, our journey starts with a comprehensive organizational assessment.  This assessment evaluates your current reality and seeks to identify the gaps between your current reality and your desired outcomes - your vision. Simply put, the process defines what expectations you have regarding where you want to be in the future and where you currently reside.  The key to success is the identification of the gap between the two.  The assessment will not only identify your current reality but will examine where you are regarding national best practice standards and stakeholder assessment.  Much of this work will be used to form the foundation of a strategic plan to assure your organization’s future success.

PLANNING PHASE

A dynamic strategic plan means implementing the many outcomes identified, not a strategic plan that is so long, laborious and is outdated when finished. But rather one that is robust, efficient, and is supported by a work plan tool that tracks organizational accountability. Because the pace of change is outpacing many typical strategic planning processes the PB/T process seeks to identify the short and medium range goals that close the gap on what has been identified in your specific organization’s assessment.

TRAINING PHASE

The last step of the PB/T high performance process is one that provides your employees with the tools, mentoring, and coaching that creates leaders at every level who are aligned culturally to the high performance model/patterned behavior model and are positioned to recognize when the organization needs a correction to maintain its forward progress.  From the very first onboarding process to the very last day your employees work for the organization there needs to be a commitment to maintaining a high performance culture.  That process rest in making sure every level of the organization understands, appreciates, and respects the value each member brings to the organization’s ultimate success.
